Movie Night: The Smurfs will be shown February 18th at 6:00 pm. 

 
  • CHETA (Cheatham Teen Advisors) meets January 23rd and February 6th at 4:00 pm.
  • Live Bluegrass Music free for the community to enjoy will be played on February 4th beginning at 10:00 am. 
  • Lisa Wysocky will be here for a book signing on February 18th at 11:00 am.
  • The library will be closed February 20th for President's Day.
  • The Friends of the Library meet February 21st at 1:00 pm.
  • "The Gong Show" will be held by the Friends of the Library on March 23rd.  To purchase tickets or sign up to be in the show, call 615-792-4828. 
  • Story Time is held every Tuesday and Wednesday at 10:00 am.
 
 
What's New at the Library?

Beginning February 4th, musicians Mr. and Mrs. Adams will be playing bluegrass music every first Saturday of the month for all the community to enjoy.  The event is free for anyone who would like to attend and is sure to be wonderful, family-friendly entertainment!

The Friends of the Library will be hosting "The Gong Show" at Sycamore High School on March 23rd.  This is the perfect opportunity to showcase your talent!  There is no entry fee to perform and tickets to watch the show are $10.00 for adults and $5.00 for children.  So, be sure not to miss this exciting, lively event!

The Friends of the Library are bringing back the book sale!  Every third Saturday of the month, the "Book Closet" will be open downstairs for anyone interested in purchasing books, audio books, and videos.  All the money earned from the book sales is used to purchase new books and support special programs at the library!
